FAQ

Dress code

More coming soon! We’re putting together the perfect dress code for a Tuscan celebration and will share more details soon.

Where you’ll stay

There’s limited lodging at the venue itself, so some of you will stay nearby. We’re working on the accommodation details now, but you can expect it to be around €100 per person per night to help cover the cost.

Is there a pool?

Yes — and there will be a pool party! Pack your swimsuit and be ready to relax, swim and have a drink in the Tuscan sun.

What’s the weather like in May?

Late May in Chianti is usually beautiful — warm and sunny during the day, with cooler evenings. Expect around 20–23°C (68–73°F) during the day and around 10–12°C (50–54°F) in the evening. We recommend bringing a light jacket for after sunset.

What happens if it rains?

Don’t worry — we have an indoor area with seating, so the celebration can continue comfortably whatever the weather decides to do. Hopefully we’ll be enjoying the Tuscan sunshine, but we have a plan B ready just in case!

How do I get there?

The closest airport is Florence (FLR), which is about a 50-minute drive from the venue. We’ll share more information about transportation and getting to and from the venue closer to the wedding.

What should I do while I’m in Tuscany?

If you’re coming all the way to Tuscany, you might as well make a trip out of it! There are plenty of beautiful places to explore before or after the wedding, including:

  • Siena — a beautiful medieval city and one of our favorite places to wander around.
  • Florence — perfect for art, architecture, shopping and, of course, incredible food.
  • San Gimignano — a charming medieval hill town famous for its towers and beautiful views.
  • Chianti villages — explore little towns like Greve, Panzano and Castellina, and stop at a winery or two along the way.
  • Wine tasting — because you’re in Chianti.
